The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only supply limited feature warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. We shall not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Reviewing and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be useless and meaningless.
