The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem if not stated otherwise. The attribute warranty covers errors by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. Basic depletion replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. Bookings should be made for repairs or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits.Our training facility offers fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will for this reason regularly be able to analyze the machine's warranty report and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any style and at any instant. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and maintenance. Maximal advantage are protected on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
