The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply limited attribute guarantee on the entire machine, and any subsystem unless stated differently. Shortages by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. The covered service plan contains common cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by any of the above plans or confirmed by the the company.
