The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only provide limited quality warranty unless stated elseways. The trait guarantee covers shortages by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. For this reason aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. Common depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your establishment and accommodation if essential, are on your account.
