Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

We provide restricted feature warranty on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, along with on the entire machinery. The feature warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship We aren't at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on request.
Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard depletion restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan.
