Service Plan: Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and touring costs to your property, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an different or further service or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings should be made for reconstruction or intense labour work to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our premises offers primary and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first basic entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.
