The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded characteristic warranty on any subsystem lest stated elseways, including on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit components errors are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period or else your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, travel costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account. We choose that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. Check therefore you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any instant, review the machinery's guarantee data and maintenance history on our webpage or while disconnected.
