However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give restricted attribute warranty on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem except stated otherwise. The attribute warranty covers shortages due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforementioned will not be covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on request.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a routine service. The concealed service plan includes general cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as general wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost.
