This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply limited trait warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our constraint. For this reason aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. General wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machinery is fixed in the equal of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void.
