The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide limited attribute guarantee on the whole machine, and any subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable equipment errors are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out charge, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account.
