The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer limited trait warranty on the entire machine, along with any subsystem unless stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment weaknesses are covered by the feature warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Accordingly aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon request.The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Checking and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as common depletion replacement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. When a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation including transport costs to your premises, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The specialists required arrangements to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be made by you. Our machines assurance and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum benefit on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
