The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give confined attribute warranty on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment defects are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately vacant.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The included service plan encloses general cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or covered by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and touring costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you. The current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your property, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Kindly seek an answer about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time as those fees may vary extent by instant without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optically. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with advice on whether an alternative or additional servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience.Principal and/or full training courses are offered via our training facility for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, although more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been finished.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Therefore your machinery's guarantee data and service history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any term on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and assistance. This insures your maximum comfort on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
