The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined characteristic guarantee on the entire machine, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty equipment defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our liability. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly available.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan contains basic cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of double that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. More advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been passed although first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. You will accordingly always be able to review the machinery's guarantee information and maintenance history on our database or offline - in any form and at any term. Our machinery's assurance and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Ultimate benefit are protected on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
