The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined feature warranty on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated differently. Weaknesses as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our fault. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a routine service. The included service plan consists of common cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal benefit on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
