Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We give limited feature guarantee on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. Errors by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held accountable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and not viable if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you have to get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if required, are on your account. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. Our Sales clerks can be called relating to any questions of the age model cited.
