The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply limited feature warranty except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components errors are covered by the trait guarantee. We cannot be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as general ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you.
