The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We provide restricted attribute warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem unless stated elseways. Defects as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.
Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by management or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your establishment and settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. The specialists necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our branch including your premises.Without notice, those charges may change extent by extent, therefore generously seek an answer about call out and transport costs beforehand
Our service plan is suited for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the appliance is set to work optically. No fees will apply for the experts we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with advice on whether an back-up or additional service or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations must be made for improvements or hard labour function to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be completed during servicing visits.
Our warehouse offers basic and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed but first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine purchase.
All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Review for this reason you will always be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our website or offline. We honour our machinery's guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. Supreme comfort are ensured on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
