The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer bounded quality warranty unless stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our fault. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on appeal.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. The included service plan contains general cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. It is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and ineffective.
