The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited attribute guarantee on any subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. Weaknesses as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We aren't accountable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately available.The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a routine service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine rectified in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each extent a technician provides a service at your establishment. Except for when per-approved by managers or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. Our machinery's assurance and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
