The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only offer constrained quality guarantee unless stated elseways. The trait guarantee covers defects due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Thus aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. Standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified in the equal of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, but more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machinery's guarantee information and maintenance history on our website or while disconnected - in any style and at any moment. We honour our machinery's warranty and service by using the barcode. This protects your maximum advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
