Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest accepted by managers or covered by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 695.00 for weekdays, R 995.00 for weekends including R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your property and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 8.00/km is the current amount multiplied by the traveling distance between your place including our branch, should you desire for us to come to you.Kindly enquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehand as those fees may vary extent by point without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machine is set to function optically. We will not require any fees for the specialist we supply.
