The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited feature guarantee on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, including on the whole machinery. The feature guarantee covers defects as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on request.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. Checking and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your place and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse including your establishment.Without notice, those costs may vary extent by instant, hence attentively inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehandIf you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to know if the appliance is fitted to function optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an alternative or other maintenance or spares replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings must be made for repairs or excessive labour work to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.Primary and/or full training courses are offered at our premises for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed however first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine investment.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's guarantee data and assistance history on our site or while logged off - in any way and at any term. Our machines warranty and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximal benefit are protected on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
