The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined feature guarantee on the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated elseways. Shortages due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. General wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your premises, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the prevailing rate amplified by the driving distance between your property including our premises, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Without notice, those costs may differ instant by point, thus generously analyze about call out including transport costs in advanceWhether you would choose to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is suited for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or further assistance or service parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.Primary and/or extensive training courses are provided via our warehouse for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, but more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been passed.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Review for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any style and at any time, check the machinery's assurance information and servicing history on our database or offline. Our machines assurance and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximal benefit on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
