The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem except stated otherwise. Shortages by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We cannot be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. Basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or approved by the the company. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your establishment including settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge.
