The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only provide limited attribute guarantee if not stated elseways. Shortages by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Quotations are immediately vacant on demand.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The included service plan contains common cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as general decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machinery is fixed within the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. Except for when approved by the company or enclosed by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation and travel costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. You will accordingly evermore be able to review the machine's guarantee report and maintenance history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any term. We value our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal advantage are secured on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
