The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited feature warranty on the whole machine, and any subsystem lest stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equal of twice that period or else your service warranty will be null and meaningless. This is to say, you must get your machinery serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including transport costs to your place, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your establishment, should you desire for us to travel to you.Kindly analyze about call out including touring costs ahead of time as those fees may vary time by extent without notice.If you would prefer to find out whether the machinery is fitted to operate optically, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our assistance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on whether an alternative or further service or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations have to be made for reconstruction or hard labour function to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits.Fundamental and/or extensive training courses are held at our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and service. This insures your maximum advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
The quotation above pertains to our brand new model, including in essence the features, specifications and attachments are applicable thereto. Attentively enquire from our sales representative as to the year model recited. You will be entitled to collect a 5% remission on prior models , based on lesser execution or lower method in which case we don't have the newest model accessible.
