Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted attribute guarantee on the entire machine, along with each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components errors are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan consists of general cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as common ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. The quotation above relates to our advanced model, and as such the features, details including additions are relevant thereto.
