The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic guarantee on the entire machine, and each subsystem if not stated differently. Shortages as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.The machinery you are going to obtain needs a regular service. Reviewing and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Unless accepted by the company or covered by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out cost, touring costs to your place as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account.
