Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We provide limited quality guarantee on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. The quality warranty covers shortages due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each time a specialist provides a service at your premises. Lest per-approved by management or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and transport costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. The experts required preparations to be made to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be made by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machinery is set to work optically. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our experts if an back-up or further assistance or service parts restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no repairs or excessive labour work will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We provide primary and/or full training courses through our training centre for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase, nevertheless more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been passed.
