Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer constrained attribute guarantee on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, and on the entire machinery. The attribute warranty covers defects due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. For this reason aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Analyzing and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be required. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would like to know if the machine is set to operate optically, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our assistance plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on whether an different or other assistance or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no repairs or hard labour operate will be practised and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability.
