The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem lest stated differently. Defects by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place including settlement if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your premises, should you choose for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may vary point by instant, accordingly attentively enquire about call out and transport costs in advanceIf you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or would like to know if the machine is adjusted to function optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with information on if an alternative or other maintenance or spares restoration is needed or if everything is in order. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or hard labour function will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Our training facility offers basic and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Review thus you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any instant, analyze the machines assurance information and maintenance history on our site or offline.
