Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted feature warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components shortages are covered by the trait warranty. We are not liable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Accordingly aforestated shall not be covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. General wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified in the equal of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Lest arranged by management or enclosed by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place and settlement if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
