For the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only provide restricted quality warranty unless stated otherwise. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop including your premises.Those charges may change extent by point without notice, so generously enquire about call out including transport costs beforehand.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or want to know if the machine is set to operate optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any fees for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to provide you with guidance on whether an different or other service or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regrettably, no repairs or hard labour work will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Principal and/or complete training courses are provided at our training facility for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, nevertheless more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. Accordingly your machinery's guarantee data and maintenance history will always be able to be reviewed in any way and at any instant on our site or while disconnected.
