Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained trait warranty on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective material defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and void should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.

When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, although more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Analyze accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any style and at any term, review the machines warranty data and servicing history on our database or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and servicing. Maximum benefit are secured on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
