If you would prefer for us to go to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop including your premises.Those fees may vary point by point without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including transport costs in advance.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is set to function optically. There is no cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an back-up or other service or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. During preservation visits no repairs or excessive labour work will be practised and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.We provide primary and/or overall training courses through our premises for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, but more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will thus regularly be able to analyze the machine's assurance data and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any way and at any instant. We value our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Supreme comfort are secured on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
