The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be null and not viable. A Call-out points to to any time a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your place, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you.
