Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply bounded trait guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem unless stated any other way. Shortages due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations will be readily available upon inquiry.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. Service Plan: Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Analyzing and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any time a specialist supplies a service at your premises. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would choose to know if the machinery is fitted to operate optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or additional service or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or hard labour function to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your investment, nevertheless more advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been passed.
