The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only supply constrained trait warranty except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as defective components defects are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on request.
The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a technician offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Except for when accepted by the company or included by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse and your premises, should you recommend for us to come to you.Without notice, those charges may vary point by point, therefore beneficially seek an answer about call out and traveling costs ahead of time
Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to function optically. Our training facility offers primary and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first primary entry courses is combined in your investment, although more promoted training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any time, review the machinery's warranty information and assistance history on our website or while logged off.
