The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide confined quality guarantee except stated differently. The feature warranty covers defects by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except for when approved by the company or concealed by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. You will for this reason constantly be able to review the machine's assurance information and servicing history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and maintenance. This protects your ultimate comfort on both the service and resell of your machines.
