The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained trait warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components shortages are covered by the feature warranty. We will not be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Reviewing and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation and touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our branch including your property.Beneficially inquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time as those charges may vary point by point without notice.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the machinery is adjusted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the specialist we provide. Bookings should be made for repairs or hard labour function to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.Our training centre offers primary and/or complete training courses for all machines we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed although first principal entry courses is combined in your machine investment.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery.
