The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined trait guarantee on the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem unless stated differently. The included service plan consists of everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and void. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist supplies a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and touring costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up as well as sent back are chosen to be made by you.
