Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on any subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable components defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't at fault for general wear and tear or misuse of your component. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase requires a routine service. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machine improved within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, transport costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or want to know if the appliance is set to operate optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No costs will apply for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or other maintenance or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings should be made for improvements or excessive labour operate to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We provide principal and/or full training courses through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus evermore be able to review the machine's assurance info and maintenance history on our website or offline - in any form and at any term. Our machinery's warranty and service are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme convenience are insured on both the selling and assistance of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the tender above concerns our brand new model, the features, specifications and extras are applicable thereto. Attentively analyze from our sales people as to the year model quoted. Based on lower achievement or minor method, you will be titled to obtain a 5% remission on former models, in which case we don't have the brand new model vacant. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto.
