Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only provide constrained trait guarantee unless stated otherwise. The quality warranty covers shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship We aren't at fault for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan encloses general cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and void should you not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and transport costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. The technicians necessary preparations to be made to get picked up including sent back, are recommend to be made by you. The current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop including your establishment, should you choose for us to come to you.Without notice, those charges may vary instant by instant, consequently beneficially seek an answer about call out as well as travel costs ahead of time A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or want to know if the machine is set to operate optically, our service plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with information on if an different or other assistance or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for repairs or hard labour work to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Primary and/or extensive training courses are provided via our training facility for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed nevertheless first primary entry courses is included in your machinery purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell.
