Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforestated. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be promptly accessible upon inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say that within which case we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out.
