The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited attribute guarantee on each subsystem unless stated differently, along with on the whole machinery. Weaknesses as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Thus aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Everyday decrement replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and void if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every three months, it is required that you get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Lest accepted by the company or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to go to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your premises.Generously enquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time as those charges may change time by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is set to work optimally. We will not require any fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an different or other service or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. During preservation visits no repairs or intense labour work will be practised and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability.Our training centre offers basic and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, although more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Thus your machinery's guarantee data and servicing history will always be able to be analyzed in any way and at any term on our webpage or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and servicing. This ensures your maximal advantage on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
