The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only offer bounded attribute warranty if not stated otherwise. Errors by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. Analyzing and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the the company. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement and touring costs to your place, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. More advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished nevertheless first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Accordingly your machines assurance report and assistance history will always be able to be reviewed in any style and at any time on our website or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and servicing. Supreme comfort are ensured on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
