The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Meaning, you have to get your machinery serviced in every six month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a technician provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is included by each of the above plans or accepted by the management. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your establishment and accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians crucial adjustments to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the current amount amplified by the driving distance between your establishment including our branch, should you recommend for us to come to you.Generously seek an answer about call out and transport costs beforehand as those charges may change point by extent without notice.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to know if the machine is set to operate optimally, our service plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an back-up or further service or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations have to be made for repairs or excessive labour function to be carried out at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits.Our training facility offers principal and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed although first basic entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. Accordingly your machinery's warranty information and servicing history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our site or while disconnected.
