Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We give limited feature guarantee on each subsystem if not stated any other way, along with on the entire machine. The attribute warranty covers weaknesses as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Therefore aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon request.
Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan encloses common cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equal of dual that period. We supply principal and/or overall training courses at our training facility for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been passed but first basic entry courses is included in your machinery investment.
All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Analyze accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any term, check the machinery's assurance information and service history on our website or while disconnected. Our machinery's assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
