Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship as well as unreliable components shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We would not be held liable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be null and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine rectified in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians required preparations to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you. You will for this reason evermore be able to analyze the machinery's warranty report and service history on our database or while logged off - in any style and at any term. We value our machines guarantee and service by using the barcode. Maximal convenience are ensured on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
