Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the managers. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary.
